Richard is a founding partner of Olschewski & Feuer.
Involved in the real estate industry since 1987, Mr. Olschewski
was a Realtor for four years and has a background in residential
appraisal. He has operated several businesses in both the
retail and construction industries. Mr. Olschewski's areas of practice
include: incorporations, shareholder disputes, partnerships,
real estate, business tax planning, corporate restructuring,
litigation and family law. |

Jeremy
Feuer is one of the founding partners of Olschewski & Feuer.
Mr. Feuer's areas of practice include residential real estate,
wills and estate work and creditor-debtor litigation consisting
mostly of obtaining and enforcing judgments.
Mr. Feuer has served on the boards of the Jewish Child and Family
Services, the Jewish National Fund and is currently the Co-Chair
of the Media Watch and Monitoring Chapter of the Winnipeg Zionist
Initiative. |

Ken
Davie is a partner of Olschewski & Feuer. Mr. Davie attended the University
of Manitoba from 1992 - 1994, completing his undergraduate studies
in psychology and economics. He received his law degree from the
University of Manitoba. After graduating from law school, Mr.
Davie completed his articles with the Manitoba Department of Justice,
Civil Legal Services Department. Mr. Davie proceeded to practice
in Saskatchewan, were he received his call to the Saskatchewan
Bar. While practicing in Saskatchewan, he acted as general counsel
for an array of lending institutions. Mr. Davie’s main
areas of practice include: residential real estate, commercial
real estate and wills and estates work. |

Ian
has been an associate of Olschewski & Feuer since 2001. Ian
studied economics at the University of Manitoba and Queen's University.
Over the past 24 years, he has taught economics courses at Queen's
University, Concordia University, McGill University, the University
of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba. He continues to teach
economics on a part-time basis. He received a law degree from
McGill University in 1993 and currently specializes in family
law. |

LINDSAY D. HYMAN, B.A., LL.B.

Lindsay has been an associate of the firm since 2005. Lindsay after receiving her law degree from the University of Manitoba, completed her articles at Manitoba Hydro. After completing her articles and being called to the Manitoba Bar, Lindsay proceeded to practice in Alberta, where she received her call to the Alberta bar. Lindsay's main areas of practice include: commercial and residential real estate, wills and estate administration, corporate and commercial law and civil litigation.
Lindsay currently is a member of the Equity Committee at the Law Society of Manitoba and has volunteered for the Jewish National Fund/Combined Jewish Appeal.
